Customer chartered a new Dufour 470 (2022) on Kos. Yacht was offered without a self-tacking jib (also asked 3x!) - at the jetty then the realization that the yacht has a self-tacking jib. Provider's Comment 20.11.2023 11:57 Dear Klaro Yachting, 2022 was the first year in which the Dufour 470 came to Greece and as it is known to everyone there were huge delays in the delivery dates of the boats. We made huge efforts and at great cost by moving the boats from base to base in order to be able to meet our obligations, which was done. We would expect this effort to be appreciated, especially by "professionals" who were aware of the delays. You also called the condition of the 9 week charter boat bad, I leave it to everyone's discretion. For the other boat, mention extras that were not given; In our 30 years of presence, fortunately all professionals know that we can recognize a real problem and deal with it.
