The communication with the base manager/owner after the charter was difficult. We'd like to point out that: The skipper had difficulty leaving the dock, letting the mooring line go to the nearby boat, and upon her return, a member of our staff went to moor the boat. Perhaps this is also why (the skipper was incompetent) the boat never went to port to charge its batteries with electricity during an entire week. The motorized navigation was for short distances, a few miles, and the rest was under sail (all of this verified by the boat's track record). We don't understand why the boat's generator wasn't turned on. Moral of the story: a boat with 10 people on board using the services for an entire week without charging the batteries!
