Regarding the bow thruster issue, please note that our maintenance records and invoices confirm the coupling was replaced with a brand-new part during our annual service, just two months before their charter. We presented this invoice to your client during check-out. Although the manufacturer does not specify an official replacement interval, we proactively replace and maintain this system every year to ensure our vessels remain in optimal condition. When the failure occurred, our technical team responded immediately and worked late into the evening to assist, inspect the issue, and explain the findings in detail.
